To ensure optimal results in the professional mastering process, we recommend submitting your mixes in WAV or AIFF format, with a minimum resolution of 24 bits and without a limiter on the master bus.
It’s important to leave at least -3 dB of headroom, which prevents distortion and allows for more precise processing during the mastering stage. At North Valley Music, our mastering studio in Madrid, we take care of every detail to ensure your audio is handled with the highest fidelity and technical quality.
You can send us your song through any file-sharing service, preferably via WeTransfer or Dropbox.
We can deliver the masters in WAV, AIFF, DDP (for CD), files prepared for vinyl, and formats optimized for streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal.
Payment can be made in three ways: bank transfer, PayPal, or Bizum.
Once the quote is accepted, you will receive by email all the necessary details to complete the payment.
A 50% deposit is required upon accepting the quote, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery of the track.
The invoice will be sent once the payment is completed.

Yes, we offer a free mastering test of a short section of your song so you can evaluate the result before ordering the full service.
It depends on the project, but typically takes 1 to 3 business days per song. For full albums or vinyl masters, the turnaround time may vary. If you’re in a hurry, contact us to check availability.
Our mastering process combines the best of analog and digital processing, using Lavry converters, high-end compressors such as the Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor, and specialized tools to achieve a precise, detailed, and immersive sound. In addition, we work in a room designed from the ground up by MB Akustik and optimized with a Trinnov ST Pro system to ensure maximum sonic accuracy.
